What started out as a week by myself, the guys in my family went to Scout Camp, turned into a renovation and total repaint of my kitchen cabinets. I wanted the bright ivory to go away and needed the black counter to make more sense with our new gray plank vinyl floor. What started as a journey toward driftwood turned into more of a layering of colors of the sea -shades of seafoam & peach & the grey of weathered wood of cottages I spent summertime holidays visiting.
